Work Schedule. This is the proposed schedule for renovating the yacht club that we have put in place to use time most efficiently whilst upholding health and safety regulations.
• Empty all furniture from the room to optimise space and allow many people to be working within the room.
• Clean the room and walls so the surfaces are all clean to provide better paint coverage.
• Lay down dust sheets to prevent floor staining and paint the walls from the ceiling downwards so any dripping will not affect the end result.
• Lay the under flooring to provide a barrier underneath the wooden flooring, and then lay the new wooden flooring.
• Re-wire and fit new lighting by qualified tradesman and make sure there are no trailing wires or exposed wiring after lighting has been fitted.
• Then the pelmets and roller blinds can be fitted into the room without any fear of them being tarnished.
• After all of this the furniture can be brought back into the room and placed in its positions.
• The room can now be accessorised and given a final tidy to achieve the best visual outcome. |
